Reviews
Best BBQ in mid Ohio valley West Virgina. Seriously I have not found a thing they do poorly. Ribs are falling off the bone tender. Pulled pork is as good as the best I've had. Side and salad are good too. Seriously try the 5 bean salad its good. Once a month they have tomahawk ribeye. 3 to 4 pounds of smoked bone in ribeye. How the grill master gets that much meat to perfect medium doneness without turning most of it into charcoal I have no idea. But it is so. Staff is friendly and attentive. Really its more like going to a good friends house than a bbq shack. Critiques: I wish they would put their condiments in squirt bottles instead of those little 2oz. Dixie to go containers. It's hard to stick a slab of steak as big as a deck of cards into them...don't judge me...you feel like Fred Flinstone eating those things ain't no way you're going to take a little namby pamby bite out of that Hunk O' Beef.
This is my favorite steak place of all time. Great food, and great owner! All of their food is top notch, but love this 40 oz Ribeye smoked to perfection. To sit down for a meal and visit with the owner like he was family is just the icing on the cake. I cannot wish continued success for a nicer person.
